My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were amazing, very large, and equipped with all the expected amenities. However, the air conditioning was too cold, affecting my sleep quality on both nights. The service was excellent, especially the receptionist Ouiam who was extremely friendly. The hotel's location was outstanding, near the metro station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. On the downside, there were some issues with the staff's behavior at reception and some undisclosed property policies. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs!

The service, despite a warm welcome from Bouthaina at reception, was a bit unprofessional, with one standout exception in Rajaa. The location was good and easy to reach by car, but there was an issue with the door that was never fixed and an initial problem on the 7th floor. On a positive note, the hotel was close to the underground, offering convenience for transportation.
